This half or one-day seminar is taught by qualified, insured and accredited instructors belonging to the Realistic Self Defence Association. The course content is endosed and supported by Womans Aid, R.U.S.H and the Prison & Police Officers Association. It is ideal for all teams who would like to improve their self defence awareness, whether it be sales teams on the road, or simply for teams who would like to feel safer when travelling to or from work. The course includes a full reference manual and a legal self-defence tool for your keyring. The course covers subjects such as: Legal framework of conduct - what consitutes reasonable force, civilian powers of arrest, social management, tactical communication (resolution with words and body language), negotiation skills, body language tell-tale signs, adrenal stress experience, proximics (rules to increase safety), basic self defence techniques and strike zones.

This half or one-day course is great for all ages and abilities! Try out a range of ancient and modern martial weapons in a safe environment. This course includes a complementary self defence tool for your keyring, so after the fun has ended you will also have the practical knowledge to protect yourself and loved ones. You can either let us choose the range of weapons you will be using on the day or request specific lessons - the choice is up to you!
